NICE is the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence, it’s members are respected heath care professionals and doctors who are highly qualified to make recommendations about best practice for dieting. They regularly commission cutting-edge research about losing weight effectively and keeping it off. Health professionals have a green light from the government to recommend to their patients commercial diets that meet NICE guidelines.
